Delivery time

We are very fast. Pre-print data is carefully checked immediately after it is received. We generally inform customers when we receive their orders. First proof is usually sent within a week. After approving, QSL cards are printed and sent the soonest possible term. Delivery time varies between 1 and 3 weeks. It depends on final destination. Orders from non-European countries are generally airmailed.

Some orders can take longer particularly in case of inappropriate data, unclear requests, orders without e-mail feedback, without call sign information etc.
